Jorge Sanchez Cubillo is a partner at CCN, where he has worked since 2001. Mr. Sanchez Cubillo currently heads the firm's civil and business litigation area in Mexico. His practice includes civil, business, banking, insurance, surety bond, bankruptcy and criminal litigation, in which he has more than 14 years of experience. In 2003, he participated in the XII World Congress on Procedural Law held in Mexico City. He is a graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City where he graduated with honors for his professional thesis, "Legal Issues Regarding Conflicts of Civil Law Rules in the Mexican Federal System". He later completed a legal specialization in Commercial Law at Escuela Libre de Derecho. Before joining CCN, he worked as a Mexican law consultant for the law firm Loeffler, Jonas & Tuggey, L.L.P. in San Antonio, Texas.
