International Business Planning and Entity Formation
CCN assists clients with the planning, formation, operation, maintenance, merger, acquisition, reorganization and dissolution of business entities throughout the state of Texas and the United States.  We work with investors, businesses and their team of advisors in a collaborative manner to consider the choice of entity that best fits their goals, all while considering the legal ramifications of different types of entities, maximum protection from creditors, management objectives, overall tax impact and incentives, and special needs of each particular business.

Estate Planning, Wills, and Probate
CCN lawyers help clients design an estate plan that best suits the client’s needs, including when their estates contain international assets. We draft required estate planning documents, such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, medical powers of attorney, financial powers of attorney, and directives to physicians.  We also assist our clients’ families and beneficiaries with the probate of their loved ones’ wills, and with the implementation of their estate plan, including the domestication of foreign wills.  For our Mexican clients, we offer the benefit of having both U.S. licensed and Mexico licensed attorneys who can collaborate on the design of the estate plan and eventual probate procedures.

Real Estate
CCN attorneys have ample experience in industrial, commercial, condominium, hotel, and retail projects, including due diligence, acquisition, development, financing and leases. We also advise clients on tax, zoning, permits, incentives, environmental, and other issues. CCN attorneys provide advice to clients on corporate structures and the development of sound tax strategies for holding U.S. real estate.
