Fernando Schoeneck graduated with a law degree from the Universidad Panamericana’s Guadalajara Campus. He was admitted to practice in Mexico in 2009, and since then has focused his practice on commercial and corporate law, real estate and foreign investments in Mexico. He has experience in other sectors and industries, including the agricultural sector, technology and real estate, among others.Mr. Schoeneck joined CCN in September of 2015, and recently returned to the firm in 2018 after establishing a solo practice in Guadalajara which he assisted several technology startups in Mexico.He is fluent in Spanish (native) and English
