Raymundo Vázquez is an associate with CCN. His practice is focused in advising clients who need Mexican legal advice on matters such as strategic alliances and joint ventures, corporate law, and financing, M&A, real estate and related cross-border transactions involving Mexico. Raymundo has participated in numerous mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions advising publicly-traded and closely held U.S., Mexican and other foreign companies doing business in Mexico.

Raymundo received his law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City and his Master’s of Laws in Corporate Governance & Practice (LL.M.) from Stanford Law School, graduating in both schools with several honors and awards.
